Constant Improvement
Dear Friends,
We are making constant improvements to our streaming practice in the light of feedback from parishioners and to clear up any remaining confusion about the ways we can access our services online.
From now on, Sunday morning services will be available on Sunday morning at anytime. We had hoped that “premiering” the service at the service time would encourage not just feelings of commuity, but also be instrumental in gathering community. This has been true in other churches in other parts of the country where the shared experience of watching the service led to a communal feel and to interactions with others as the service progressed - commenting on music, sharing a greeting, saying “amen” to prayers all through the comments. But, this practice seems to have overcomplicated our worship experience here at Emmanuel. So, from now on, worship will be available on Sunday on our website:

Our new bulletin is also there so that you can follow along in saying your prayers. Also available is an electronic means to support Emmanuel through a a Sunday offering through the website.
Our coffee hour will continue at 10 AM over Zoom and is a great opportunity to build community and share our responses to the flowers, readers and sermon, in a way that keeps our community connected and together. Please consider joining us for coffee hour here:

If Zoom asks for a password, the password is ‘emmanuel.”
